i am always learning a little here and there myself. First, being conscious of the energy chakras existence is the first step, along with being conscious of your breath (prana) and breathing. my best freind erin and I have been practising yoga for some time now. once i have become aware of my existence in a yogic way, my path will forever be influenced by it.
